Found a stream hidden in the deep woods. It will only be there for a day or so, since only the strong rains last night allowed me to see it.



Everything around me is wet or nearly wet or somewhat wetlike, or at the very least, moist. Actually, I am diminishing my concern. Almost everything I have the ability to perceive is wetlike.


My concern, earlier in the day was that I would slip from being so damn old and so damn feeble these days and I would break something I need to use to traverse the deep woods.

My simple party would be over.  So far, so good.

Actually the good thing started on Friday.  My sister came in for her high school reunion.  She will be going back Sunday afternoon, but it is a very nice and pleasant time, although tiring.
