I have done that most of my life.

I have recently forced a tighter time frame upon my body clock. My body clock is in the thirty two hour range, but that won't work at work. They need me every morning at five AM or six Am on weekends. This has actually caused me to re-think many things, again.

So, on certain days I am waking at a time when I would normally begin to slleep and I become exhausted during a time when I would normally have a two hour nap, but I have four hours of work to go, yet.

There is no life     to quote Trapeze.

is that the kafka short story? i've read it. but i should read it again if it's so profound. :P

i had to wake up when i would naturally go to sleep when i was in school. i hated it. sleep is very important to me, if i don't get to sleep when i want i feel fucked up.
