I am not sure of the average price but there was something on the news about how people leaving school and getting jobs will not be able to afford a house unless they inherit one from family.

There is a First Homeowners Grant. When I got it, it was $7000AUD. But because I have already had it, I can't get it again. Unless GA buys a house and it is in his name only. But being on disability pension means we are stuck renting for now.

I had to tell one of My girlfriend man friends to quit calling Tanya. He seems to want more but she was scared of Him. I told Him to quit calling Her. I even have His phone and address of Him. I hope I don't need to talk to Him in person.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

But really We need to find beauty where We can to be positive and not negative about this World We Live in.

I have Lived and died many times trying to find beauty it is a hard thing to find in a imperfect world.

No We are who We Live and become once.

Why would We need to be reincarnated in to a imperfect world? It does not make sense to Me. We need only need to be Ourselves once and only once in the end. That is the way to Me. Nothing more or Less than that.
