There's a few people on here I miss too (yourself included), but I'm happier now I'm not obsessing about this place.  Got a couple more christmas presents finished over the last few days and other ones planned already.  Got to remake the scarf and fingerless gloves set I made for Dunc's Mum as I ended up giving it to my SIL for a birthday present last week.

I know what I am doing.. dandelion root, as soon as I get near Jessica, its way worse than ginseng.   Minimum dose is 2-6 grams. 

You both need that for your liver.  It f u c k es with phase 2 detoxification, where I think this sulfation issue is that is may or may not be the cause of AS.  I would love to see someone else take it , who was AS, and tell me what happens.  Its a f u c k n dureitc, sexual health promoter for the man, liver helper, and skin helper.  Its richer b vitamins, for the liver, than most other vegetables.  I am just curious to see if can help a few thousand people, as I have done a ton of reading.

I'm glad you know what you're doing- too many people seem to think that the herbal supplements you can buy can be popped like smarties.  Its important to really know what you are doing or at least not exceed the recommended dose.

Depends what you call special talents- sure there are things that I am good at but I don't know I'd go so far as to call then 'special' talents..

I don't take ginseng because I need it, I take it because I am self actualizing.  I guess, to be my best, I would have to go out of my way to take such exotic things, that is what trying to reach my potential is, and then trying to exceed it.

I have a few favourites- I like pasta a lot; turkey salad sandwich without tomato; risotto and I really like a good roast dinner with roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings.
