i agree about the help - a child not sleeping can frazzle the whole family.  :(

Yeah, me too. But still... there are times when I'd kill for a smoke, and if Flo provokes me enough, I know just whom I'd kill.

i had to tell the doctor how long i'd stopped for, yesterday, and i had to stop and work it out.  how bloody pleased with myself am i about that?   :D

Congrats, you two.  My quit date is Friday (tomorrow is last day to smoke) and I'm doing it cold turkey.  I will keep you guys in mind for inspiration.
