I like reading in the bath. And when I reach the end of a chapter or essay or suduko puzzle etc... I enjoy watching it bob around in the water. And I enjoy the sensation of squeezing it, and the noise they make.

That and they are bright yellow and just so dang happy. Like it is eternally glad to see you.

Spokane? no. Only cities in US i've visited are LA, Sacremento, Las Vegas, San Fransisco, New York, New Orleans.
