Just thinking out loud here... if the 2.5 and V8 are offered in the same chassis, would that mean the V8 would fit in a car that has the 2.5? How awesome would a V8 C30 be?

There is a 400 bhp version of the C30, but I think it's with a turbo engine.And yeah, there is a lot of room under the bonnet in the XC90.
