I've been searching Amazon for something new to read. Can't decide what. It's a bit desperate since I have plenty of unread books around right now, but I don't know which one to start with. :GA:

I just basically grab the one that's a bit different and go with that one.  Now it's historical, the next one will be a biography.  Or maybe the latest Star Trek book I picked up today.  I'll decide when the time comes.

My spazz self wants to focus on whatever my current obsession is but I have a bunch of books waiting that I know are good reads and that I will like. And it always ends with me grabbing something else entirely. Plus, of course, ordering more on Amazon.

I'd pay good money for being able to simply read whatever is on top of the pile.

Why pay good money, just go thru the pile and choose the one that appeals to you?  Thats what I do.  After I finish the latest history one, I will read the Star Trek one and then the Biography of John Entwhistle, the WHO's Bassist, aka, The Ox!

My brain stops me. Maybe there's something better, maybe something closer to my current interests. I never understood why I do this but surely it's one of my spazz issues.

Honestly, I just don't know. I feel like a complete scatterbrain when this happens. I know it will happen but I don't know what to do to stop it.

Alcohol

Did this on Friday. Now drinking the last of it.

I wonder if there will be a wave of coronavirus alcoholics once this thing is over.
I'd say absolutely given the drastic increase I'm seeing just in depression, anxiety and PTSD cases.

I'm sure you're right but all of those things feel remote and weird and out of place.

I ordered this on Friday.
It came this afternoon. (Fucking Sunday delivery. Would not wish that on anyone.)

It is really good at first try. Twenty four bucks on Amazon for three pounds. They had sold out of the citrus variety. Not sure about the brand or the quality. Taste is good and honey is terribly expensive here.
No bees.

Oh, and my wife bought me a checkered flag face mask from the store.
She gets me.

Some sandwiches and drinks from the servo (what Aussies call a petrol station) near where Kayleigh's doctor is.

My frickin asspie brain is so curious about all the parts. Had to replace the pump (apparently it was corroded and snapped in half so the pump was drawing water in that was going exactly nowhere) and now the electrical is being attached to 90 FEET of line that runs underground. But....attempting to look on the bright side and not my bank account....at least it doesn't involve digging a new well or having to frack the one that is already there. My neighbours across the way have been living here for 54 years and are on their third well.
