Shortest I have ever been with is 5'4 actually. Women are usually really easy to pick up. The only woman I know that might be too tall for me is over 6'1 feet tall, but she is seriously hot as hell. The last 2 women I have been with have been 5'6 and 5'4. I usually don't go around carrying women while I fuck them. More of a play on a joke me and some other guys I know make when they see an attractive woman that is small.
Incorporating food into sex is fun and it is sad if someone can't enjoy it lol. I have only done that a few times, and it was with my first girlfriend. If you think you can handle the mess logistically (kitchen sex that is) then it is fine.
It is easy to pick someone up, I can easily pick up my friend Matt who outweights me by 75 lbs (he is 6'1 235). Carrying and tossing him around takes a great deal of effort, unless it is going with his own momentum. The smaller the person, the easier it is obviously. Height has to do with bulk in a carrying sense, blah blah blah. The tallest person I have picked up was my friend Tom, who is 6'5 260lbs or so. That was difficult as hell when I got him over my shoulder and his head accidentally hit a lamp.
