I didn't know he loved the Harry Potter series, but I find that very, very funny.  I'd also guess that the harry potter series winds up kicking the Dakr Tower series' ass in terms of literary merit (it already did in terms of readers, I'm sure).  Unless you cut the DT series off at the fifth book or so.

It was funny for about five seconds before I realized they'd let the cat stay in there the whole time, then I wanted to cry.  It's one thing to squirt a pet with water (still mean), quite another to confine and torture it like that (far beyond meanness, beyond even cruelty).  The poor thing was panicking.  I couldn't watch it all the way through.

I dreamed about cats last night.  I was exploring some rubble, jumping between big chunks of masonry, and there were cats with me, that saw me as their leader and followed me.

Yeah, it was.  There was a dog in it too, but I left it at home and went off with the cats.

Her songs; it feels like many of them could have been written about or by me because they're so relevant to my life and experiences, etc.  Yes, I saw her live once, summer before last.  It was AWESOME.

Yeah.  I might give it to my therapist at some point because we were just talking about her.  I haven't bothered to read the book yet but it's on my shelf.
