They won't tell me anything. So I am also worried about how I'm gonna get back from the shower/toilets. I don't wanna get changed in there as then I'll feel dirty all day, but if my shower/toilet isn't near my bed then I've gotta get there somehow to get changed afterwards

my mum suggested a dressing gown, but then my OCD would make me wanna wash that afterwards, so I'd end up needing a seperate one for every day or something stupid

Someone I have known since I was in hospital in 2005/6 has cancer and apparently got really bad news about it and is back in the psych ward. I am hoping to visit her sometime in the coming week.

And I just went to get my prescription of dexamphetamine filled and it expired two days ago. I only have a few left and haven't made an appointment with my psych yet as he has been on holidays. Will have to ring on Monday as he will be back by then. I did want to take a break from the dex anyway but not like this, when I have to drive to the airport at midnight next week.
