haha I have actually been thinkin this week that maybe it's from lack of vitamins. I usually take one when I take my OCD meds, but I think I've run out so haven't had one for a few days. I go shoppign tomorrow tho so will get some then. Theyre bloody expensive though

Thoughtful question.  Do you buy men's or women's vitamins?  Since they're formulated differently, you might need to try the other kind to see if they work better with your situation.

Thoughtful question.  Do you buy men's or women's vitamins?  Since they're formulated differently, you might need to try the other kind to see if they work better with your situation.

The only real difference is iron, calcium and folic acid.  The first two are minute and unlikely to be important in Soph's case, and the third is certainly not important.  Mostly the different "formulations" are a marketing gimmick.

I probably do need more iron tbh, I am slightly anemic, although when I had a blood test it wasnt as bad as people had expected. So maybe I'm better with women's ones?

Dunno which ones I take. tbh I think I take kids ones as they're chewy and don't taste as bad 

I'll see what's there tomorrow when I go food shopping. Need to get some more soap stuff too. I use up too much in the shower. That's expensive too as I have to get the sensitive ones so I don't get exzema again. I really need to stop buying random shit so I can afford this stuff I do actually need  :lol:

Are there profit shops not far from you?

Here there are a few. They sell stuff of decent brands, but at very reasonable prices. I can buy three shower-gels for the price of one there. May be worth looking for.

Some vitamins for kids don't contain iron to eliminate the chance of iron poisoning in case the kid eats too many, so be sure to check the label.  I know this because my daughter became anemic while taking a kid's gummy multivitamin / multimineral supplement, which I assumed contained iron and gave her every day because she wouldn't eat meat.  I know that Flintstone chewable vitamins for kids do have iron.

If you're going to buy chewable vitamins read the label.  Some brands you have to take 2 rather than one, which can be costly.  And I find the chewables are just icky, rubbery, etc.

Now I know the boring junkmail I have to deliver will really be appreciated by some. This is a worthy purpose, bringing people paper to doodle, draw and colour on.

Tomorrow will be a better Tuesday for it.
