I have one posterior molar that has a root canal but still irritates me. I guess I should have it removed, but then I'll have a gap in my mouth and I'm a little chicken, actually, because it's 15 years since I actually had a teeth pulled.

Are you stupid or something? A university guy who doesn't know what a posterior molar is? Or imperfectum, which every Swedish school kid knows or at least knew when I went to elementary school.

too much grammar in our schools. And unlike
you, it was NOT an obsession for me. Just learned
how to use it, without learning the words for the
action. Kinda like sex. The only part of grammar classes
that I enjoyed were the hilarious mistakes.

Unfortunately its not strong enough to enforce sensible limits- I'm constantly fighting the desire to stay up most of the night when I have to get up at 7:30.

I'm finding the mirtazapine is the first thing that's really worked for my sleep, and I've been pretty stable since starting on it.  I've been taking it with melatonin though, so I don't know how effective it would be by itself, but my uncle worked as a GP in a prison for a while, and said it was commonly prescribed in prisons since it made the prisoners sleep.
