Good lord, I'll never be able to keep up with the new posts at that rate

I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
Our dearly beloved postwhore CBC, aka known as The Danger and the Wobbly one has set herself an ambitious goal. Before reaching half a century of consciousness on this planet she wants to make another 6000 posts on I2. So she will be making 6000 posts in 6 weeks. This will have her in the right physical shape at her BD. 50, with a severe case of RSI. Ready to get wheeled in in the over 50 thread, because seeking support on a cane will be impossible with her damaged wrists and hands. So, as a pre-emtive BD gift, I thought the members of I2 could offer advise on how to heal from RSI, or even how to prevent RSI from happening. Aside from RSI she may start suffering problems with her bloodcirculation because of sitting down too much. So, advise to prevent that happening also will be very welcome. Best would be if the tips, tricks and suggested devices will not keep the Weeble from posting. But that they will keep her in such a shape that she will still be able to post after her 50th BD.Long live the Weeble. She is barking mad, venturing on a 1000 posts a week for 6 weeks. But blessed be her optimism.
All my posts are of the highest quality.
