We are no longer required to wear ties.  Polo shirts are fine.
But honestly, I don't spend hardly any time in the control room.  I can usually be found wandering around in the operating spaces.  (Well, wandering is not the technical term, but I want to be inclusive for my audience).
My last tie had a picture of fred and barney on it.  Things went downhill from there.

The gift of AS.  They like it when a person does exactly what they're told to do.  (Except when they really didn't mean EXACTLY, then problems can occur).  I tend to ask more questions now....
