Game of Riddles
« on: December 28, 2006, 10:08:10 PM »
O.K. I've got the wild hair up my ass to start another game nobody will be interested in.

He who makes it, doesn't want it.

He who buys it, doesn't need it.

He who uses it, doesn't know it.

What is it??

I won't tell this time, but I do know what the answer is.
it is well known that PMS Elle is evil.
I think you'd fit in a 12" or at least a 16" firework mortar
You win this thread because that's most unsettling to even think about.

* Crazy Bitch thinks riddles are important:

"As a boy, I must have known a thousand [riddles].  They were part of my studies.  [...]  Vannay, my tutor, said a boy who could answer riddles was a boy who could think around corners.  [...]  I take riddling seriously.  I was taught that the ability to solve them indicates a sane and rational mind."

-"Roland of Gilead"
The Waste Lands
Stephen King

And I'm not going for CUTE, I'm going for PSYCHOTIC!   :cat:

Well then, I've got another riddle for you: I come with he who is not yet born, but at my feet is his mother.

You know tons of clever shit crazy bitch.  I know comedians(talkin' classical asperger class encyclopedic knowledge shit here) but I don't know jokes or riddles or anything.
And as always, these are simply my worthless opinions.
Reverence is fine, Sanctity is silly.
We're all fucked, it helps to remember that.

Truthfully, I don't know the "answer" to this one. It just stuck in my head (A teacher on mine told it to me about 15yrs ago) and I thought I'd try it on you since you claimed to be a riddlel meister. I like your first answer....it's probably right. I'm impressed you bitch. I hate you Crazy Bitch!  :finger: ;)

i wouldn't say a coffin is absolutely correct because i can think of counter examples for the cases
1. the maker of the coffin knows he/she will die and is preparing
2. the buyer of the coffin knows he/she will die and is preparing
3. this one is only true if you don't believe in the afterlife; this counter example is subjective though.

it was just the "best fit" i could think of.

i guessed an umbilical cord because a foetus has one before it is born and the other end of it is attached to the mother.

... i thought you wanted answers posted ... ???   <-  hmm, that came out as an emoticon ...

No, it's definitely a coffin.  And the idea of the person buying it not needing it means the person who buys it doesn't need at right away, at the time of the purchase.
