They've now made successful receivers for .308 rifles with 3D printers.

I once, went to an airport and I saw a sign that specifically said: No bows and arrows and I giggled like a tit at the idea of the airport being attacked by Robin Hood terrorists.

Speaking of which, aren't these guns undetectable in airports?

If they were entirely made of plastic they could be but they  only were talking about the receivers, the mechanical bits, the barrels and some of the other parts of the one shown are metal.
