Overhalin' on TLC (the learning chanel)

If anyone can catch tonight's episode, my boss, John Force, has his old school bus overhauled by Chip Foose. I might be in the background on some of the shots.

TLC is on basic cable. is it hard to get cable service where you live??

No, I cancelled my pay TV over a year ago.
500 channels of nothing (with a very few exceptions).....even TLC and associated channels have gone down hill IMO.....showing more and more sensational crap and less educational programming.

Most of what I watch regularly is on broadcast TV so I'm fine with that except on the weekends when all that's on is sports.

I refuse to give up my high speed Internet though. :eyebrows:

Sorry, Scr'eap, but I missed it. We don't do much television, around here, for now.
Sometimes I miss television, but with two youngsters in the house, it makes no sense to have commercial programming plumbed in to their minds twenty four hours a day. We read books, write stuff, make craft things and listen to music, do deliberate "stimming" type exercises. That's about all we do around the house.
Jimi Hendrix: When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

Ghandi: Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.
