^ Um, philosopher, in the sense, he tries to make folks enthusiast for or encourage people to eat good proper food. This also with his 'ministry of food' and his efforts to get schools (in the UK) to provide proper healthy dishes to their young students. Gradually, albeit quite slowly/piecemeal so to say, things and folks start to change a bit for the better because of his efforts, I reckon.

And ja, he's right as rain, imo. The food one eats determines how one feels.. for ja, quite a large part. Also, make it yourself/prepare your own meals.. don't buy all that processed shite, is (in my own words here) one of his adages.

Um, intended to post.. I'm watching 'O Brother, Where art thou?'. Quite quite funny at times.. but that movie ended 20 minutes ago whilst I was typing away what's now above the tilde there. Um..

I asked myself if I wanted to watch other people living their lives or live my life.  So I turned the TV off and turned out some more hoarded stuff.  I really didn't need to keep bank records from my parents dated 1993.

I'm watching 'World of Jenks' at the moment.. the episode with Chad.. a 20 year old autistic fellow. Good show, imo.
