It's not usually your company actually doing the blocking. They tend to use a third party. I had the same problem when I first joined up, but I wrote a nasty letter to the third party service saying that this was a support forum for people with autism and they immediately unblocked it. Has stayed open since.
I guess they never actually looked at it
