I did not take any herbs with dinner and I was down this morning, but then it went extremely high up. That was after I :wanker: , and I need it again like  minutes later.  Its going down again, probably because I need a nap.

I watched for a week, and I see no reason to supplement with medication.  Because I paid attention the reasons behind my bad moods, I have devolped a better sense of controll.  I have a no junkfood diet in addition  to better behavior.  I truly feel awesome now!

I had a good laugh today, and after all that food shopping that I did not have to pay for either.  I almost laughed in the psychiatrist face as he said that I do need meds, and that I could end up in the hospital.  He asked me if could convince me to take them, and I basically said go fuck yourself.  I mean a confident no, with laughter held back.  I never knew a guy with so many degrees could be so stupid.  I don't want to hear any bullshit about god complexs either.  I have a fuckn right to have a god complex because I work my ass off. I took some at one time, so what does that tell you? , I am not dellusional.
