IMO supplemental choline IS a good idea when taking racetams. As part of the mode of action appears to be increasing choline uptake, which if not supplemented, due to the increased utilization of choline can result in depletion of this nutrient, as its used up faster.
As far as racetams go, IMO, pramiracetam is the best of the bunch. Its a LOT more effective than piracetam, also quite a bit more expensive. Its the one I use, and the difference between it and piracetam is staggering. Like comparing a kiddie's toy paper plane powered by a wound up elastic band with a jet fighter engine.
