It cooled down nicely. Quite a lot of thunder and rain, since last Thursday. Had a nice pourdown at my mother's place. When I got back here, after a night and a day, there was no water in my rain gauge at all.

We've had a fairly cool summer.  I don't believe it's gotten above 95 yet.

It has been cold-ish this whole week; low fifties F at night low seventies during the day.

Not a typical July, for sure!!

Today was hot and damp again. Maximum T was 28C this afternoon. Luckily it's cooling down now (half past ten in the evening).

I'm hearing thunders in the distance since 15 minutes. Am hoping they will come closer and closer but they seem to move away (by ear).

We'll see.. (maybe later on)

Finally hot and miserable.  Right now it's 98 (37.5) with a heat index of 108 (44).  At least it's either 108 or 112.  I was concentrating on remembering the Centigrade figures I forgot the Fahrenheit figures.  We're under a heat advisory until 8 o'clock.
