Nice, then cold. It snowed like fuck a couple of days ago, but only barely stuck. It was gone overnight when we had flooding rains.

It's now well above freezing, but windy, wet and cold, still.

We have had similar the past few days I was surprised by the snow as it was too warm a ground level for it

Once, the lightning struck so close to the house I was renting that the thunder shook the house, particularly the kitchen window, which it broke.

That was a tough one to explain to the landlord, but he believed me and came and fixed it.
