My mood's always better when it's sunny, and I get more done.  Unfortunately, my room's going to turn into a furnace when the sun starts shining in the windows.  If I open the windows to cool the place down, I'll have the noise and dust of construction work across the road to contend with, as well as the usual heavy traffic.
