36 degrees F and cloudy, but, at least the snow is melting off the roof better and no ice dam buildup.

I should reach the fifties today!!

WTF!!

Snow is all melted - drizzly, grey skies, above. No indication of the sun, except for the fact that the grey sky seems to glow.

Many of the street lights are on, though, due to the low light level.

Still SAD, here/.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

It's in the sixties today. Ambient temperature was sixty one Fahrenheit just five minutes ago.

I just did research. I was amazed! It is sixty nine outside. The all time highest temperature for any day in the month of January is seventy one degrees, Fahrenheit.

We often get a warm up after a very cold spell, but this is like May afternoons, not January afternoons. Touching into the sixty degree mark is not uncommon, though (the record for this day is sixty four, set in 1907!), but near seventy is practically unheard of.

Rainy but above freezing. Doesn't look like the winter was here to stay.
