Now that's the Ozymandias we all love to see. Glad you're back!
Jimi Hendrix: When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

Ghandi: Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.

Me too. 55-75 is my preferred range, and I'm not always comfortable at the top of that range unless its a dry climate.

100 deg out in the desert really doesn't feel that hot.

Yes it does too.  100 degrees even with zero humidity feels hot to me.

We were in Montana a few years ago in July and the day temps averaged out to 92 degrees, but, with the dry high mountain air as soon as the sun went down it got very pleasant.  In fact Carla got pretty chilly when she took her walks at dawn.  It was hot during the day, but, the dryness made it bearable for us.  We who are used to humidities of 60-80% in the northeast for the summers.

Yeah, we went to Majorca one year on holiday and the heat was pleasant rather than totally oppressive. Humidity is the real killer. 100 still sounds too warm for me though. :P

That sounds like summer here, temperatures anywhere from 25-40C, very dry 10-30% humdity.

It didn't to me. I lived in 29 Palms for 3 1/2 years and Phoenix for a year and a half.

100 deg feels hot, but comfortable. 120 deg, and you start to feel it.
