The temperature now on Weatherzone is not loading but the maximum shows 33°C. Same for tomorrow. Then we're having some cooler days, thankfully.

+5C, sunny. The spring is definitely in the air.

I guess it's officially spring here because the dog has started tracking in the little pollen doodads from the oak trees out back. They stick to his fur and it's a constant battle for a month or two to keep the floors clean. Every year I wish a big storm would come along and shake all the pollen thingies loose, so then we could blow off the yard and be done with it, but that never happens.  :dunno:

^ You get pollen, we get leaves. So many leaves.

It's great today, max of 25°C and it also rained early this morning.

Kind of a spring teaser yesterday and again today. Warm and sunny!

I have some anxious daffodils starting to push up through the mulch that I had idea were even there. My two pots of onion butts I planted (when I cut an onion, I always plant the root end and I am rewarded with fresh onion greens to eat) last year have survived the worst of winter just neglected in the pots and are now showing growth.

Still a long way to go with winter, but these are encouraging signs!

A leaf sneaks into the house now and then but not a lot of them. Those pollen thingies probably come in every time the dog does. Right now the back yard is a sea of leaves but we wont do anything about that for a while. There's more to come and no sense doing it twice.  :dunno:

33.6°C and sunny at 3:25pm. A bit too warm for my liking. We're going to have this heat for another week.

Still very spring-like.

Lots of rain recently. Local flooding of waterways over the weekend, plus a tornado spotted over a large reservoir/lake. Cooler now, hovering a few degrees above freezing, but sunny and beautiful.

Another one of our typical. rainy followed by snow/freezing rain, then bitter cold as all the wet stuff turned to concrete hard ice.  Made for an interesting car cleaning off after work.  Extra effort to open the car doors.  Just another ho-hum weather cycle in New England!    ::)
