Cold. Winter finally arrived. :(

Perhaps we gave you our winter by accident. :snowman:

You can have it back now. :(

There's something wrong with our heating. I should write a quick bitch about it, plus a longer post to blow off some steam.

It got down to 0F (-17.8C) this morning with high winds, when I was shoveling the snow

Share it with Hyke and Lit. It can be our gift to them, as well.

Oh  fucking C.

(allow me to Google a bit ... )

.. it is negative 21 C for the static temperature and the thirty mile per hour wind chill factors (shit KPH! I will have to work on this) makes it feel like negative forty C  (which incidentally is the same temperature as forty below zero in Fahrenheit).

The national weather service reports that the coldest temperatures of the winter are yet to come. Tuesday, it is supposed to reach negative twenty seven C for the air temperature and still very high winds and some snow = very dangerous wind chill temperatures in the negative fifty degree range F. (Shit, did it again-your turn to google    Kay ... negative forty five C for a wind chill factor with more snow on the way.)

Like I said, Your turn to google.

5 to 6 inches of white stuff on top of the 5 to 6 already there.

Just had a snow squall roar through here a bit ago, couldn't see zip outside.

Gear up parts, it's probably headed your way. :zombiefuck:

Imagine (or not) going through that in a log cabin or worse being a stupid mountain man going through that.  It you were a smart mountain man you'd probably be in a town for the winter?

Or be holed up in a cabin with a lot of anti-freeze. Keep warm DD.

My mother and brothers have a white view, when looking outside.
My view is grey and green. With sparrows making frisky noises.

My relatives are only 70 km away from me.

I want snow. I need the light it brings. I want the soothing effect of a landscape and village brought back to some lines in shades of grey and white.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
