Kate Hudson could play PMS Elle, but she would need to change her hair.  I am thinking of her performance in the movie, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.  She was so funny and witty.

Callaway could be played by Julia Roberts.  I'm thinking of when she plays the role of an advocate, like Erin Brockovich or Mona Lisa Smile.  A sense of humor, compassion and determination.
