Woke up. Got partially dressed. Took meds. Made fiber drink and breakfast. Laid down on the heating pad and ate and drank. PT in an hour. Have to leave in about 20 minutes. Too sore.

Socialised/spoke with my sister and mother for a while.. babysat two nieces for an hour and a half after that. Also raked the garden, got rid of the weeds and did some other little gardening jobs. Got groceries and prepared and ate dinner (simple mussel dish) with the 4 women.

Am tired now but hey.. it was a nice day.

Saw Flash Gordon at the theatre where my sis works. Hilarious. Forgot how much cleavage and oh so very close poon shots. Now I know why I watched it so much on cable as a teenage boy. That and the eyes popping out. Good times...

Now to try and sleep. Feel like I might puke soon. Still feverish and achy and nauseous.

Scrubbed the kitchen and laundry floor (or more specifically the pitch black with dirt tile grout) with my stepmum. Will do the tiles in the entryway, and maybe the bathroom, by myself sometime this week.
Helped my dad with miscellaneous handyman stuff around my new place.
Bought some supplies.
Bought some more samples of cider from Dan's.
Came home tired and bothered.
