What have you done today?

I removed the produce drawers from the refrigerator because they always seem to stick and  you have to practically break them to open them.  Replaced them with 2 dish pans.  Now we can see what we have and grab.  Hopefully this will end the slow painful death that so many fruits and vegetables suffer in my house.

Watched Superman and Superman II and then The Dark Knight with my kids, which was a forbidden movie as decreed by their mother.

I went to Emeryville, it is by Oakland in Alameda County with considerably less violence.



While there I bought Afghan style hot chicken curry,



and a macadamia nut cookie for dessert,



then I browsed the map section of Barnes & Noble,



but I did not get a map because there was not an Australia map there. 

I did, however, get a Nook reader once I figured out I can use it to do internet searches and post on forums from Paris,  and my hotel room in  Paris comes with WiFi.
