Drove to work. Got myself coffee. Um.... that's about it.

If you're like me, that's a major accomplishment.  You hopefully left out getting dressed for work.

:o

Do you think they noticed?

The Moron probably didn't notice.

Finished the first draft of a document. Now I need to fix some stylesheets, proof a few pages of product info, and write a whitepaper for a conference next year.

I just brought four bags of trash (mostly shredded old paperwork) out to the curb to be picked up!   :2thumbsup:

Aren't there charities or such, collecting waste paper for recycling?

Went and looked at an addition to bid.  Watched a tow truck pull another tow truck out of the snow where it got stuck going to pull out a car that got out on it's own

I do put out bags of paper and cardboard for recycling, but it has to be done in open paper bags,
and shredding reduces paper to confetti, so it would simply litter the street. I recycle folded paper all the time!

Shredding the paper cuts through the fibers of the paper, so that makes it unsuitable to be recycled as higher quality paper.  A lot of recycling places won't take it because it messes up their sorting machinery and then just gets thrown out anyway.

One of the fire salamanders swam over to me and climbed onto my hand when I was misting it's enclosure today, so I took it for a tour of the house and introduced it to Waggy and the axolotls, but Waggy wasn't very impressed with it, and the fire salamander and the axolotls didn't have much to say to each other.
