Took the dog for a walk and let him chase cats up trees

1. Went to Lowes for some sandpaper and a spark plug.
2. Fixed the new (to me) free lawnmower.
3. Mowed lawn with new (to me) free lawnmower.
4. Changed the oil in the car.
5. Trimmed some extra wood off the oars I'm making with the table saw.
6. Went to Target with Amy for hose, and milk.
7. Had Chinese food.
8. Watched Survivor and CSI.

I came to this world with nothing
and I leave with nothing but love,
everything else is just borrowed.

Fuck it, we'll do it live.

Went fox hunting with Waggy.  Cat hunting too.  She didn't find any though.

Worked. Became ill and went home.

Blacksmithing tools?

Far out!

WTF, though.

They have like three things after you get the fire going. What did you get, besides a hammer or an anvil.
(cant remember what my grandfather called that huge "hot thing grabber" that he used to fish out horseshoes from the coals)

.....     or are you a bender? That shit takes some skills to go with the tools.

I already have a lot including an anvil and forge and many of the other tools.  This was a bunch of tongs, a couple hammers,a drift and a hardie.  I like doing traditional blacksmithing and tool making with some fancy stuff.  It has been awhile though very rusty Sunday I hope to fire it up

There is a book called The Edge of the Anvil I think that describes how to start on your own with minimal costs I think it is still available.  There are many cost effective ways of doing it..  You can even use charcoal instead of coal.

Went to main university campus with my class for a tour. Came home and slept. I have to go to that uni next year if I am accepted so I hope I get used to going there without the need for having a sleep when I get home.
