The other threat. Hadron has a way of pissing off people, it seems from here. I know he says that he is not like this in real life, but which "one" is he not like?  There are too many Hadrons to keep up with and they are all abrasive.

 :agreed:   He hasn't learned that people will listen to someone if they are NOT a one note musician or one subject pontificator.  Sad.  Demagogoues tend not to have very long spot light life.

I have abilify, wonder what color flame it would make if I torched it.

I did  60 minutes of low intensity exercise

45 minutes of high intensity exercise

20 minutes of stretching

I read the psych book today to, something about monkey infants, and getting an idea about human infants.

Affectional stimulation, and lack off.  It makes a biological system in the brain,  that latter predisposes the grown infant to violence, alcoholism, drug abuse, and agression.  That was according to Dr. Prescott.
