I got her an incense burner, charcoal disks, tongs and a selection of resins: benzoin, frankincense, kandea, myrrh, sandarac and storax.

printed, photocopied and bound four copies of my PhD thesis for submission!

:woohoo:  get the flags out!  at fucking last!  just needs my director of studies to actually hand the copies to whoever it is, and i'm in!  (and the small matter of confirming external examiners and the viva, and then the modifications, of course).

thank fuck - it's out of my hands, and i can breathe again.  yesssssssssssss!

i actually finished the sodding thing ages ago, but have been waiting for everyone else to do their part of things.  ::)  i reckon over 90% of the stress in my life is having to rely on other people to do things.   :grrr:

High and a low intensity aerobics, stretching, studying.

47 alfalfa pills, that is 30grams of alfalfa, and That is equal to 120 grams of seed.  Alfalfa is nutrient dense and its nutrients are easily assimilated.  Its an adaptogen, like ginseng.  I noticed it alright.   Damn if my food is low, I sure will be at least well fed thanks to that alfalfa. Actually 30 grams of alfalfa is equal to 240 grams of undried vegetable.  That is not very much, but its nutrient dense.
