Yes, I like it, but when I screen films, I prefer the noisy kind, with lots of SFX and action. Bond flicks are fun to screen, Bergman films are not. And Gore's film I must have screened dozens of times by now.

why noisy? i find noisy films boring and annoying. it makes my ears hurt.

I have no problems watching noisy films if the sound is good. Unfortunately it seldom is. Most theatres either have lousy equipment or are poorly trimmed.

i like to wair for DVDs. i don't like the stress of going to see a movie with a bunch of strangers. they might make noises, i'm extremely distractable.

today, i posted Some Lovely Things to Some Lovely People.  oh, and some not-very-interesting-things to a lovely people.  and a not-very-interesting-but-earns-me-money-thing to faceless-cos-they're-part-of-a-finance-department people.

marked some papers.  did some knitting (three times, cos i kept doing it wrong - i'm too tired).  ate something.  read a book.  went back to sleep.

yep - welcome to my wild and crazy world.  ::)

I called Animal Control. We had a lost beaver in our yard just now. We are six blocks from the river and this poor guy had apparently dodged traffic all morning. He was obviously exhausted and needed water. Animal Control team was here in less than ten minutes and within five more they had safely captured him and he was on his way back to the river.

I have seen deer in our backyard at times, but that was the first beaver we've had in the yard.

A happy ending!
