If this is a serious topic, Then I guess it deserves a serious answer. Why dont I ever learn? Its because you cant possibly teach me anything.

Richard is resisitant to most forms of learning. In Redneck USA from which he hails, he has formed an inability to let any type of learning sink in. He is stupisd and proud of said stupidity
