It was pretty obviously from some news source! Though this thread was the 1st I'd heard of this Muamba chap, at all. 'The whole world praying...', given there'd be plenty of people who didn't hear about it, plenty of those who do couldn't care less, plenty don't believe in any God to pray to.... Typical media, what'd the term, hyperbole! lol

Judges say the most stupidest things sometimes and  are often out of touch with reality.  I believe the newspaper was just quoting what had been said in court.

Oh, I've had my share of shitty experiences with cops.  They've never actually been violent with me, though they have threatened it.  But at least I know they're not gonna come looking for me based on shit I say online.

It's incredibly stupid. Can you imagine the amount of people being jailed for stuff like this? Anything more than a fine is idiotic. The UK is becoming a scary place.

Well, I'd rather goto prison for something I did do than get beaten up by cops for something I didn't do, personally but that's just me. Just about all of us agree that that troll going to prison was, at least, OTT, though. lol

What is trolling anyway? I have been accused of trolling when I wasn't trying to. A lot of people misinterpret things. Do you think it's fair for someone who is genuinely clueless to be jailed just because a few people agreed he's a "troll"?

I'm not the judge in his case so I wouldn't worry about him on my account. I'm against racism and trolls who bash others on the internet don't have my sympathy.
