The swastika on his head might put people off. I would only hire him for something that doesn't need much interaction with the public, as has been said.
I have no problem with tats in and of themselves. I quite like 'em, same goes for facial piercings. I wonder, people seem to have a problem with some face piercings, but earrings are universally accepted. I find that odd. People just seem to hate anything that is 'irregular'
