Hermann Göring - everything else aside - was on morphine and mixed it with champagne and cognac. He didn't die of that. He died of potassium cyanide.

HG was a fucking freak. I don't know why people have the slightest interest in him.

I liked his friend, Ernst Udet. He used to mix cognac and meth, then go stunt flying.

Ernst didn't die of that, He died of self inflicted lead poisoning.  :-\
