Picked up a 4 pack of special brew.  It'll help me wake up in the morning, as I need to make an appt with my doc, means going out at about 8.15am.

The diuretic effects of EtOH, combined with the sedative effect, means it can be used like a natural alarm clock. At least, to help with the alarm on my mobile.

Needing a piss, should happen at just the right time, if I time it right:p
