That one was a tricky one, but I think I got it right. Omnium without a preposition should be in genitive and "drink" should be present participle  :orly:

They construct it similar to the construction in German, i.e., there are several constructions possible:

Die Finnen sind die häufigsten Kaffeetrinker ganz Europa.

Die Finnen sind die häufigsten Kaffeetrinker ganz Europas.

Die Finnen sind die häufigsten Kaffeetrinker des ganzen Europas.

Die Finnen sind die häufigsten Kaffeetrinker im ganzen Europa.

Europa is neuter in German but feminine in Latin, by the way. Geographical names that are feminine in German are usually neuter or uter in Swedish. Die Slowakei, for instance. It was neuter 100 years ago but is uter today.
