I made a fruit smoothie.
I have a rough time getting enough fruit, but I have found that beating the crap out of them in a blender helps me to digest them more easily, without the side (or rather bottom) effects.

I like most fruits; they just don't like me. Even fruits I don't really care for are usually wonderful when mixed with a complimentary flavor.

The smoothie works well for me.
