I didn't end up going to City Farmers as Kayleigh convinced me that the cats are fine. Their primary source of water is a bucket full of water near the back door. I've seen Kira drink from it often but not Rowan. When I cleaned the bucket out and refilled it today, Rowan was interested in the water pouring but walked off when I stopped. So that decided me. Next time we go to City Farmers, I'm buying a fountain. It'll have to go either just outside my bedroom door (because there's a powerpoint there) or in the bathroom. That's where we had a fountain for Liam (it stopped working after he died) who drank from there often.
