Clean up the backyard, sweeping up the leaves and getting rid of webs from the eaves.

I have a lot of the same to do, getting into fall, but ...  Oh, nevermind!

OK, that run away thing was a kind of joke. I have already been running away from this task for a couple of weeks.

Started today with a machete. Before I get done I will use a chainsaw. I have some invasive vines that must be (REMOVED) controlled and some hickory stalks that are reaching toward the power lines. It is from these squirrel planted hickory trees that I made my Gandalf staff a few years ago.

Now looking for an inspiration for further uses.

There is a giant native shrub that is a little closer to my fire pit than I or my fireman neighbor like to see. I originally planted it to attract birds to the fall fruit. (viburnum), but I have done so much more to "keep" my birds around these days, I plan to give up on this thing.

This is just a start. I have so much more to do!

I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow morning. Then we're supposed to be having a house inspection. Then take Kayleigh to her psych appointment. Then text a friend about help she wanted unloading her car full of market things.

Go to the shopping centre and look for some work shirts. They have to be black and have a collar. The ones I bought from Lowe's are crap. Only had them since June and they've pilled badly. There's no way I can get it off. A shame, because they're good shirts otherwise.

I also might tinker with my bike. See if I can pump the tyres up at least.

And I'll watch the next Short Trek.

Go to tag sales then look at a basement ceiling I have to figure out how to insulate,  the house was built in 1800 and the floor joists are split trees at random distances from each other :-\

My wife bought me a really nice band saw for my birthday last week.  This is why I was moving fucking roofing tiles and injured my back.

I intend to unbox it tomorrow. I have had it for several days just jumping for the chance to get it going. Tomorrow is the day!
