Think I'm going to make an apple pie tomorrow. Finally bought myself some rum and I'm going to soak an handfull of raisins in it overnight, coming night. Got some Jonagold apples, some wallnuts and some dry cookies (leftover) to put on the bottom (upon the pre-shaped dough in the tin). Flour, eggs and lemon are in stock too.
