Which is again, very different from disembowling. Which is the term used to describe the surgical procedure required to remove large weighted spheres from unfortunate orifices. She'd be kinda cute at either, mind you:)

How come? she hurt herself? can she use the arm? if the latter is the case, then predator-style wrist-blades would be perfect for her:D

Or perhaps the 'katar' (old indian weapon, as in indian indian, not red indian), where there are a set of paired handles close together, plus a grip or guide further up, set between the outer long section behind the blade, so it can be punched forward with considerable force. Some, called 'scissors katar' the handles can be squeezed together causing a secondary pair of blades to flick out in a V shape, so as to catch other blades.

And as with anyone it isn't how many you have its what you can do with them that counts. Be it disembowelling, bowling or friendly pursuits.

The PR has mild/moderate cerebral palsy and mental retardation with some other things thrown in.  She's had her wrist straightened and the fingers loosened, but the right arm hand is strictly a paperweight, hanger, fairly useless thingy.  She does well enough using the left hand/arm.  She can twist her past shoulder length hair into a tube and put it up with a claw clip.  She can pretty much dress herself (slip on bras and shoes).  She makes her own bed and sandwiches, although she leaves the jars and bottles fairly loosely screwed.
