Just saw the James Bond film. It is getting worse. He really is no James Bond. He is a great actor at the fighting scenes but has none of the panache, charm or charisma of James Bond.

Tomorrow I will start looking for counsellors on the weekend. My daughter's Mother has decided to come to the party and as per the court orders, get family therapy for her and my daughter. She wrote to me three or four days ago and I have been ignoring it. Better start.

Craft group where we are going to make Christmas cards. My friend is coming for the first time. The group is for people who are recovering from mental illness.

I have been pretty good mentally for 2 years and I suspect a large part of it is due to being on the right medications.

Go look at a building and try and figure out a way to reduce the noise from the restaurant  on the first floor in the apartments above without ripping the whole place apart
