This would be effectively making it impossible for a transsexual person to legally use a public toilet after a certain point in their transition

I don't see why they need to make laws for this kinda thing anyway. I mean how often do you hear about transsexual paedophiles going into a bathroom to rape kids or transsexual voyeurs going into a bathroom to perv on people? Both of those things can happen with non-trans people too. I don't see what the problem is personally

The only thing i fear in public toilets is having no loo roll.  I'v never heard about any 'problems' so i wonder why they are doing it.  It's very silly and not required.

It will also overrule any policies stores have (such as Macys who let trans people use whichever dressing rooms they want). You would think republicans would be AGAINST legislating what businesses should be doing in their own buildings. obviously the massive problem of transsexuals going to the toilet is much bigger than that tho

In ladies toilets, we all have seperate cubicles anyway, so Im not sure why anyone really cares if a m2f transexual uses the ladies toilets.
Ive been in mens toilets, and they have to pee in a trough or urinal. I think it would be better to give guys the same privacy as girls, and then hopefully they wouldnt have to worry about a gay or trans person seeing their cock.
